This notice applies to all information collected or submitted in the Intelivote Systems Voting Application, not our corporate website which you are currently viewing. Our corporate site only collects the information you provide to us if you use our “CONTACT US” feature.
Our Voting Application site is used as a VOTING ENGINE that asks you to make and record choices on a variety of subjects including election preferences and voter classification. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information
We have been charged with the responsibility of ensuring that all eligible voters have the opportunity to vote and in doing so, can only vote once. To that end, we use personal information for the purposes of identifying and verifying legitimate voters.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to successfully conduct the entire voting event. Your voting selections are recorded in method that ensures that if you are entitled to an anonymous response, nobody, not even the developers have the ability to uncover that information.
We use mailing addresses in some cases to deliver your voting instructions and Personal Identification Number to you. We never disclose this information to another third party. Your civic address may be used by our help line to assist your voting session. It may also be viewed by election candidates for the purposes of managing their election campaign. It is intended that candidates use this information for the sole purpose of identifying constituents. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by contacting the Help Desk at the appropriate number provided on your election information package. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending the help desk a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
